Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1990, Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR) is a firm of engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors who provide comprehensive, integrated services for multimodal transportation facilities, utilities, parks, and residential, commercial, and institutional site development. Our services span the full range necessary to successfully bring these projects to fruition, including project management, public involvement, surveying, and construction services.
