Romanian Karate and Aiki Goshin-Do Federation

The Romanian Karate and Aiki Goshin-Do Federation (FRKAG) was founded in 2001 and is represented as president by Hanshi Liviu Badescu, 8 DAN Karate-Do, 7 DAN Aikijutsu, 5 DAN Kobudo, 3 DAN Nihon Ju- Jutsu IMAF. FRKAG is affiliated to three professional federations, all with headquarters in Japan, and internationally recognized licenses and certificates confirm practitioners' evolution.

Goshin-do is at the intersection of karate-do, aikijutsu, kobudo, and complementary forms of training and involves development in a wide variety of fields.

The founder of the style, the Japanese Takeshi Sawada (10 Dan), considers that physical self-defense is only a by-product, a minimum level of apprenticeship, and insists that the true value lies in its spiritual significance.
