We are a Nutrition and Psychotherapy counseling practice with locations in Newton, Framingham and Westborough and also offer telehealth in MA and several other states.  

We are licensed dietitians and psychotherapists specializing in whole person health, eating disorders, general mood concerns, emerging adults and transitional support, pediatric nutrition, women's health and sports nutrition.  We offer individual, group and family counseling, educational programs and experiential therapy.
