Just a guy trying to loose weight while showing myself accountability. For the past 10 years I was going to the gym and stopping not getting that consistency. I finally got tired of not staying true to myself n finally try to loose the weight. I am currently 317lbs but want to get down to 300 before the end of the year. I have 3 months to do so.
