Ragnar Ericsson

I’m Ragnar Ericsson. A Near Death Experience changed how I view the world. You realize how short life is, and how much time is wasted on things that don't matter—like chasing internet clout.

I lost my dad at 13. A man named Eric stepped up, treated me like a son, and kept me from falling apart. Now, I’m paying that forward. Consider this channel your "Internet Dad."

I’m just a Gen X guy in a dark room giving you the unpolished truth:
• Reality Checks: Dissecting modern culture and internet BS through a grounded lens.
• Life Advice: Handling rejection, building discipline, and being a good man.
• Road to 50: I'm 47, documenting the raw reality of taking back my physical health.
• Music & Stories: A guitar, a microphone, and hard-learned lessons.

No studio. No ring lights. No fake influencer tears.
