The Unicorn Beauty - Follow Me to 50

Follow Me to 50. I'm 46, turning 47 this year, and documenting everything between now and 50. Not the polished version. The real one.

It started with intermittent fasting and a squat challenge. Now it's grown into strength training, supplements, skincare rituals, and figuring out what my body actually needs in this season of life (hello, perimenopause). Along the way, I'll share the makeup and beauty products I'm using too — old habits, new chapter.

No perfection here. Just consistency, honesty, and the belief that ordinary days, repeated, change everything.
Join me.

Let's see what 50 looks like when we get there.
