I help you find your voice & create mental wellness.

This channel is for women who have experienced trauma and created shells to protect themselves.

We will discuss the chelles (all pun intended as my name is Michelle) we create to protect us from the hurt of external elements, but also prevent us from receiving the light of love, hope and joy.

My passion topics: Mental Health, Power of Your Voice, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Suicide Awareness and Prevention.
