Founded in 2018 by Dr. Nadine “Deanie” Singh, Premier Mobile Health Services’ mission is to provide access to quality healthcare services to the medically vulnerable and those who are most at risk of developing and experiencing long-term illnesses and hospitalization. We provide quality healthcare services to underserved and underinsured individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, and lifestyles without stigma, prejudice, or borders. Premier Mobile continues to serve as a vital community resource for primary care, disease prevention, and health advocacy. Our medical team creates personalized health plans for each patient to achieve optimal health outcomes. Our patients are at the center of our care. Our medical providers individually assess patients' overall health by screening for diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic and progressive diseases. Our goal is to improve quality of life, help our patients achieve their wellness goals and bring healing and longevity.
