Afrissance

We help companies use ADKAR to accelerate benefits realisation even if they are completely new to the methodology.

Are you having issues realising benefits from project/portfolio investment? Are you spending money on projects without getting ROI?

This is very common and Afrissance(we) have helped clients navigate through these problems using the Prosci Methodology. Often times, projects are people dependent but we spend a lot of money and time focused on the new solution rather than people adoption.

We use the Prosci approach (3 phase process & ADKAR) to help clients realise benefits by ensuring that enough emphasis is also placed on the people side of the project. We work closely with Key stakeholders and Project team to ensure we move impacted people from the current state to the future state. (ensure adoption).

With this tested and proven approach, clients are assured of getting value for money.
