Our parent company GROUPE LB was established in 1980 in the famous Spa town of Thonon-les-Bains, near Geneva. Over the years, Laurent Bailet and his team have been developing properties around Lake Geneva and the famous Ski resort of Les Portes du Soleil. More recently we have been partnering with the developers in “Côte d’Azur” and Paris.

Over the years, we have brought number of attractive projects from our region to Middle East. We offer range of products from smaller studio by the lake to 6 bedroom large villa.
