I’m so grateful you have stopped by to check it out my channel. I am passionate about spreading awareness of mental health and many of the issues individuals and families face during this journey.  I am also on a mission to do what I can to work towards Ending the stigma society continues to place on mental health issues. I love having opportunities to educate others on mental illness in order to help more to understand that mental illness is more common than most of us would like to believe. My hope is that one day, people will feel as comfortable with saying, “I’m too depressed to come to work today” as easily as they say, “I’m too physically ill to come to work today”.
