Pure Water Outpost

Through M.B.S.T. (Mind Body Soul Training) we get you (Kids and Adults) out of your head and into your body. We do this through the art of surfing as well as physical exercise and body movement. We all know how demanding the ocean can be. We use these demands to teach M.B.S.T. to our student and clients. We show you how to take advantage of your physical and mental capabilities so you can be fully aware when chasing your dreams. BAM!!
Lets us get you out of your heads and into your bodies.
