We're Paul and Bea — Filipinos who spent 13 years chasing the American dream in Southern California before deciding the dream needed a different zip code. We moved to Valencia, figured out the whole Spanish immigration system ourselves (no agencies, no shortcuts), and two years later we became Spanish citizens.
