I released 27 kilos (59 pounds) five years ago, after a lifetime of hating my body and doing ALL THE shake, starvation, detoxes, drugs and diets. Hypnosis saved my life and I now support women to release weight energetically, emotionally, mentally AND physically, as they reactivate the power of self love.
