International Crimes Strategy Forum (ICSF) is an independent global network of experts, activists and organizations established in 2009 with the purpose to understand, research and support the justice process initiated to end impunity, establish rule of law, and ensure accountability for the international crimes committed in 1971 during Bangladesh Liberation War.
