Maunzaro Dieter LAEDA

My husband and I, both in our 40s, had a health checkup and were told we are severely obese.

After getting married, we were both completely exhausted from juggling two jobs, childcare, and housework.

So, for nearly 17 years, we went searching for famous restaurants, and for 15 years, we went camping, eating greasy food and drinking alcohol. As a result, we ended up gaining over 20kg compared to before we got married.

The doctor told us that if we continued living like this, we would be bedridden in 10 years, so after much deliberation, we decided to start a diet using Maunjaro.

However, it has been nearly four weeks since we began the Maunja diet, and there is nothing in this world that comes without effort.

We are rotating through various exercises such as swimming, running, brisk walking, and hiking.

Since we need to lose 25kg, it looks like this diet will continue for about a year.
