Multnomah County Animal Services

Multnomah County Animal Services is the primary agency responsible for animal investigations in Multnomah County. As Portland's only *open door* shelter, we care for thousands of animals each year. We also offer adoption, lost and found, investigation, licensing and animal rescue services.
