Welcome to Ancestral Flutes. I believe there is a special magic in breath turning into sound—whether through a simple piece of wood or a concert instrument.
We explore the world of wind instruments, from the Indian Bansuri and Japanese Shakuhachi to Brazilian folk flutes and beyond. While I hold a BFA in Jazz Improvisation and a certificate in Sound Therapy, my goal here isn't to be a guru. It’s to share the joy of playing.
Expect meditation music and world flute demos, but don't be surprised to see classical flute or even a saxophone make an appearance. From ancient traditions to modern practice, if it breathes, we play it.

Music is now. Shines like the sun, moves like a cloud.

Every instrument represents a color, honors a culture, tells a certain kind of story.

Join me on a journey with no real beginning and no end.
Axé!
