Sallie Clark Community Leader

Sallie Clark is a longtime community leader. She has experience serving at all levels of government from local to federal. Her videos reflect Sallie Clark's community projects. She served as a Colorado Springs City Councilmember, Colorado Springs Utilities Board Member,  as an El Paso County Commissioner, President of the National Association of Counties (NACo) and as the executive State Director for the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development for Colorado.  She is also an entrepreneur, owning her own business, Holden House 1902 Bed & Breakfast Inn, for over three decades in the hospitality and tourism industry and founded a statewide non profit association.
