Welcome to Ocean Energy Wellness: Holistic Living inspired by the Ocean

I'm Stacy Stehle, a former marine scientist, lifelong ocean lover, and holistic wellness practitioner. I've studied marine science, worked directly with marine animals and experienced the ocean from both above and below the surface.

Today, I bring that relationship into holistic wellness through Ocean Wisdom, meditation, reflection, crystals, guided experiences and stories from the ocean.

Here, we explore what the natural world can teach us about grounding, flow, connection, self-awareness, intuition, rest and coming home to yourself.

You don't have to live near the ocean to experience its wisdom.

Come explore what the ocean might teach you about yourself.
