The Endurance Athlete

Welcome to The Endurance Athlete. I am a strength & conditioning coach and ultramarathoner with a masters degree in exercise physiology. I am dedicated to helping endurance athletes overcome obstacles and reach their goals. While my focus is on running, the training principles and advice I give apply to a wide variety of endurance sports. 

I have been a coach since 2006. I started working with collegiate athletes and now focus on helping other athletes (amateur, weekend warriors, etc.) improve their performance and reduce risk of injury. I have run ultramarathons from 50k to 500k as well as several Last Man Standing runs.

My goal is to challenge and inspire you to take your training to new heights an achieve performance goals you never thought possible.
