Follow and join me on my journey to better health and living my best life. So far I have lost over 311 lbs following a keto/low carb diet plan. I also want to thank my personal trainer Wavyboy and AmbitionZ Fitness for the kick off and motivation to keep pushing. Since July 2, 2018 of being on my weightloss journey, I’ve became a certified personal trainer, master life coach and currently obtaining my nutritionist certification through International Sports and Science Association. I’m looking forward to motivate and inspire the next person starting or on their journey by offering my experiences, good and bad.
