Change The View 2016

The goal of Change the View is to help us feel more comfortable talking about mental illness so that we can reach out for help when we need it.  Watching scenes about mental health issues can be hard. This is especially true for someone who is going through their own mental health struggles.  If at any point you and/or your friends start feeling stressed, anxious or upset about a video, it is important to seek guidance from your friends, family, mentor or teacher.
