Welcome to Eastern Phantasia (formerly Fei-Tian). Literally "fly sky," the ensemble's Chinese namesake honors the flying apsaras that grace the walls of Dunhuang's ancient grottoes. Gowns flowing and instruments in hand, these celestial goddesses of the arts are depicted in paintings that date back thousands of years. They are the inspiration behind Eastern Phantasia's music and unique identity.
