We proudly rank among the nation's largest publicly traded furniture companies, manufacturing and importing case goods, leather, and fabric-upholstered furniture for the residential, and contract markets.
Our organization comprises 12 business units: 3 domestic upholstery divisions, 2 import upholstery divisions, 4 import case goods brands, an outdoor line, and 2 contract groups.
Domestically, we produce premium, residential custom leather, and fabric-upholstered seats through our BY, HF Custom, M, and Shenandoah brands.
Our HMI group (Pulaski, PRI, SLF, and SLH) focuses on craftsmanship, logistics, and distribution, with expertise in private label and proprietary goods.
