Spirit Flow Yoga with Stacey Bell

Asana According to Stacey was created at Spirit Rising Yoga, now called Transform Yoga.  To many times we don't know how to get into a pose, what to look for in our practice, or where we should be feeling the pose... How do you know if you are doing it "right" meaning in the best way for your body to drink the prana from the practice.  Often we do the poses in the way of the least resistance in order to look like the picture.  And for some of us its the way of most resistance!
