RootlessRoot - Fighting Monkey

RootlessRoot is  a structure that supports our vision and creative ideas. We could describe it as a white cloud always changing, disappearing, appearing and flowing, as it needs. It is a movement driven, reflective platform that we have established in order to develop an artistic language that is accessible, primal, creative and playful. We are movement practitioners that are fundamentally interested in human emotion and cultural expression.
Since 2002 Linda and Jozef have been developing the Fighting Monkey Practice through a deep study on cross motion analysis and with aim to understand the principles of the human movement and the ageing process. Fighting Monkey Practice is their research to expand and discover their moving capacities and desires to develop as human beings. Jozef and Linda travel around the world in schools, universities and international stages, to give seminars, workshops, lectures and performances in a journey of never ending creativity and research.
