Inner Active Alchemy

This channel is dedicated to my love of music, meditation, fitness, conciousness, and all things human. Follow me on my journey as I learn life, and share about things that I know and experience. I seek to become the dreamer and the dream, the drummer and the drum, the seer and the seen. If there's a song to be sung I'll sing it, and if there's a word to be said I'll speak my heart.

Peace and blessings
