Singer Songwriter was forced to live in prison for less than 6 years at Kurobane Prison (and Yamagata Prison, Saga Juvenile Prison) due to false charges (miscarriage).
In order to clarify the injustice of the judiciary, a lawsuit for damages of 1 yen is filed against the government.

Also, because the prison filed a complaint and a human rights remedy to the bar association, it was accepted.
I was treated unfairly and broke my body (because I was found to be illegal in a prison).
He was released on parole because he accused him of making a mistake in the prison.
