The Main Dish with Ricci

Hi, I’m Ricci — chef, restaurant owner, food business survivor, and the person behind Gulf Coast Kolache Co. in South Texas.

This channel is about the real stuff: cooking, running a restaurant, building a brand, making food from scratch, figuring things out on the fly, and all the good, bad, ugly and occasionally ridiculous things that come with owning a food business.

You’ll also find the things I’m listening to and talking about while I work — viral stories, internet culture, business lessons and whatever has me saying, “Okay, but what actually happened?”

I’ve been building food businesses for years, starting with five bread machines and a title loan on my car, and I’m still learning every single day.

If you love real food, real business, real stories and a little chaos along the way, welcome.

This is The Main Dish with Ricci.
