Art by Susan Frech-Sims

Fine Art Painter. Hello! My Friday’s Child artwork is original work designed and painted by myself! I opened my own gallery and working artist studio 6 years ago. I have been published and placed in some great competitions like The International Artist’s Magazine (3rd place) and as a Finalist in the annual The Artist’s Magazine. I have always loved details and realism and have incorporated both into my new faerie designs. I call my style illustrative realism. This line is in acrylic but I also paint in oil, watercolor, dry brushed oil drawings, and I also love graphite and colored pencils. I have my degree in art but technically I am more self-taught. I have attended three fantastic workshops and learned a great deal and I use elements of all three in my paintings now. Always learning, growing and imagining! I am on the stubborn side so i also don’t give up! This is my dream and if you would like to come along for the ride just like and subscribe!!
Thank you all and enjoy!
