Dance Accent showcases young peoples' pride in who they are and where they're from by sharing their local dance signatures (local style of dance). The Dance Accent challenges kids to create and connect with each other across the country through their unique "accent" of movement.

Q:Why should we do this?
A: Dancing was created as a form of expression! Even today, your style of dance gives people a sense of who you are, where you are from, and what you represent! Its important for you and your crew, as dancers to have that voice, and allow the world to see it! So those that are not dancers and along with those that are, can see that its not just about battles, tv shows, or trying to fit in! Dancing is your voice! So, do not waste anytime, the World is waiting to see your "ACCENT!"
